All Units come with a warranty (from date of purchase)
If unit has a malfunction due to manufacturing we will refund or exchange the goods and freight cost*
(original postage receipt must be included with return).

If malfunction due to customer misuse such as overloading or blowing fuse, extra cost may be incurred and refund and shipping reimbursement will NOT be applied. (please always check fuse & if needed replace the fuse before returning unit)

If returned goods are tested to be in working order then our General returns policy will apply to these goods.

General Returns policy (non faulty goods):

General Returns within 7 days have a 10% restocking fee with shipping non refundable.

General Returns after 7 days have a 20% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable.

Exchanges after 7 days 10% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable.

Returns: All RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS must be sent back with the required return form which will be sent to after you call or email us to explain the reason for your return you will need to include on the form your return authorisation number.

FAILURE TO INCLUDE this form means will not process the refund.

Goods which have been opened internally and deliberately modified will void the warranty.

Note: *International buyers must cover the shipping cost of returns back to us in all cases.
